These boho coconut bowls originate from the Bên Tre region in Southern Vietnam. For many years, the local farmers have made a modest income from selling coconut by-products such as coconut oils and coconut milks. Once harvested for their prize possessions, the discarded coco shells were subsequently burned to make way for the new crops.
By using these coconut bowls, you are helping to provide the local farmers with a secondary income, as well as preventing more coconuts and trees being needlessly burned as waste.

These coconut shell bowls are sourced directly from rural farms which allows our supplier to work closely with local communities in order to create interesting and unique designs. Our suppliers work closely with farmers and artisan craftspeople in Vietnam to create unique products that encourage a healthy, waste-free lifestyle and each sale helps give back to the communities that helped to produce them.

To clean, simply wash using warm soapy water, just like you would a normal bowl!
Please note the bowls are not dishwasher safe & not suitable for piping hot food.
