The Sweet Dreams Bath Shot has been carefully curated as the ultimate body relaxation treat! A blend of Epsom Salts, Pink Himalayan Salts, Lavender & Chamomile Essential oils and finished with chamomile flowers & lavender petals.
Epsom Salts & Himalayan Salt are both great for aiding sleep and due to the high levels of magnesium they are well known for helping reduce pain & relaxing tense muscles. Himalayan Salt is also said to reduce stress to help you get ready for a deep restful sleep.
Lavender & Chamomile are two of the most gentle essential oils that have been used for centuries not only for their relaxation & sleep boosting benefits but also for their soothing qualities for dry or itchy skin. Lavender oil is full of antioxidants and is known to reduce inflammation. Suitable for all skin types.

How to use.
Pour the bath shot into your bath. Suitable for 1 or 2 uses, up to you. Light a candle. Close the door. Relax.

The packaging.
The bath shot is 100% plastic free & comes in a glass tube with cork lid. The card is biodegradable and recyclable and the string is compostable. The glass tubes are recyclable or why not get creative and just rinse them out and reuse them to store trinkets or propagate plants!
